    We are a family with a passion for tents and design. Founded in Southern California in 2011, Alvantor is a brand that specializes in the research and development of outdoor and household products. We design, source, market and sell tents all over the world. We know that we are the trendsetters in our communities and as such, we launch new products every year to make sure we keep up with the latest trends. Nearly all of our products are patented and developed by our own professional designer.

    “authorized reseller” or “official store”, “official site” may never be used in
    copy. Affiliates may not utilize or bid on terms, words or phrases that are
    similar to Alvantor trade names. This includes misspellings, abbreviations,
    terms identical to restricted trade name but using the wrong case, and the
    merging of the restricted trade name with other terms, words or phrases.

    Special Instructions for Search Marketing
    Publishers



    Affiliates may not promote paid ads for Alvantor
    that are misleading and / or which claim artificial discounts, in Alvantor’
    sole discretion. Affiliates may only promote ads which state actual promotions
    offered by Alvantor. Affiliates may only promote Alvantor’ current promotions
    that are authorized for Affiliate use and listed in our Affiliate Newsletter
    and/or the Impact platform. Ad copy must be written in such a way that it is
    not misleading. Ad copy that claims “$10 Off per month at Alvantor” is not
    acceptable. If the offer is a $10 rebate on Alvantor tents, ad copy must
    clearly state “$10 Rebate on Alvantor tents”. Affiliates are not allowed to use
    technology to access, “crawl”, “acquire”, “copy”, “deep-link”, “inline-link” or
    “page scrape”. This includes the use of “robots”, “spiders” or other automated
    devices, programs or algorithms. Affiliate domain names can not contain any
    variation of trademark terms, nor can the site resemble Alvantor. Title and
    Meta Tags – Affiliates are not authorized to utilize the Alvantor trade name in
    their web sites page titles or meta-tags (keywords, descriptions, etc.). Please
    see the “Recommended Keywords” section for alternative suggestions. Search
    Engine Links – Affiliates utilizing search engine marketing and/or pay per
    click campaigns are not authorized to link directly to the Alvantor website
    through these links. Links within search engines must direct visitors to the
    publisher’s website, without redirects, and not to Alvantor.com.

    Unacceptable Web Sites



    Affiliate agrees not to employ any
    “typosquatter domains” redirecting web traffic to the Affiliate’s link without
    first notifying Alvantor of the use of such domains and registration
    information pertaining to such domains as Alvantor shall specify, prior to
    commencing the use and following termination of the use of a typosquatter
    domain.



    Publisher agrees to not use any software
    applications including, but not limited to toolbars, adware, spyware, browser
    helper objects, pop-up downloadable reminder services, cloaking software or
    technique that redirect the users, or interfere with online tracking or
    reporting services, and indulge in other inappropriate business practices
    including but not limited to link rewriting, cloaking, and other covert
    affiliate practices.



    Use of Logos and Trademarks in Web sites



    Affiliates may not use images, logos, or
    text from our websites alvantor.com without brand approval. All photography,
    creative and content on our websites is protected by copyright. Affiliates can
    design their own affiliate creative to submit for brand approval for approved
    use. Affiliates may only use the links, banner ads, graphics, and logos
    provided by Alvantor and/or the Impact platform. Affiliates may edit (resize,
    color, stretch, flatten, etc.) Alvantor affiliate creative to submit for brand
    approval for approved use. Affiliates may not claim to be a partner of Alvantor.
    If a reference needs to be made, Affiliates may refer to themselves as an
    Affiliate. Affiliates may not use terms like “us”, “we”, “our” when referring
    to Alvantor. As the Affiliate, you must ensure each of the links between your
    web site and Alvantor.com are tagged with the tracking codes that determine
    commission fees. Alvantor will not be responsible for lost commissions due to
    non-tagged link usage.

    Non-Commissionable Items



    Commission is
    excluding core charges (as these are refunded to the customer when they return

    SECTION 1 - WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

    When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.
    When you browse our store, we also automatically receive your computer’s internet protocol (IP) address in order to provide us with information that helps us learn about your browser and operating system.

    Our store is hosted on Shopify Inc. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
    Your data is stored through Shopify’s data storage, databases and the general Shopify application. They store your data on a secure server behind a firewall.

    Payment:
    If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted.
    All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.
    PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
